Personal data represents any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, such as, but not limited to, name, surname, email address, phone number, data from the communicated CV, etc.

- information regarding professional status, occupation, position, workplace
- information regarding education

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Your personal data, collected through this site and in other situations, will only be processed if: it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation or to conclude or execute a contract to which you are a party or based on a legitimate interest of MACROMEX, or if we have your consent. Regarding the data collected as a result of accessing the site by you, or as a result of filling out the contact form in the Contact category, or as a result of sending your CV in the Careers category, available positions, internships, for the legality of processing we need your express consent for the requested personal data, as well as any other information provided and completed by you, even unsolicited, to enter MACROMEX's database to be processed exclusively for the purpose for which they were transmitted.
